Marketing Analytics

Jury Hotel, Russell Square, London

My friends at Henry Stewart have invited me to speak at their Marketing Analytics conference on 23rd and 24th April. However, I'm not the only one that is going to be there. This is primarily for people who are using internal data sources to market more effectively to their customers. However, as we are all quickly realising web analytics is playing more of a key role in helping to determine buyer behaviour as well as an effective communication channel to maximise sales and make customers feel that they are part of a community rather than a statistic on a balance sheet.

Essentially this event is for those that want to be able to 1. understand why something is happening and 2. how to convey this to management.

My personal thanks to John Gaynor for inviting me to speak at the event. I strongly suggest that you download the PDF (all you need to do is enter your email address and it will be sent to you automatically).*

Your email address will only be used for marketing from Henry Stewart Events, milesBENNETT and its sister companies.

WAA Evening with Jim Sterne

Montague on the Gardens, London

In my role as Web Analytics Association Regional Co-ordinator I arranged a presentation for all WAA UK and Ireland members.

As Jim Sterne (www.targeting.com, eMetrics organiser and WAA President) was in town it was an ideal opportunity for those web analytics specialists in the UK (who couldn't make it to the eMetrics in Washington DC or Stockholm) to get a glimpse of what happened.

We had representatives from Goldman Sachs, Marks and Spencer, Omniture, Boden, Applied Insights, Guardian Media Group, Logan Tod, en-Gage.

Join the WAA to join and attend future WAA events for free (£30 on the charge door for non-members)
